I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy with a special interest in anxiety and phobias. Using Hypnotherapy together with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I tailor my approach to your needs to help you overcome what you’re struggling with. Research shows that when Hypnotherapy is integrated with CBT approaches, the results can be faster and more effective than when using either therapy alone. I would love the opportunity to help you make the positive changes you’re looking for and I’m committed to working with you in a way that suits your personality and lifestyle.

Changing the way you think, feel and act

I will help you identify what’s causing you to feel stuck and discover how to change the way you think, feel and behave in these situations. It can sometimes be helpful to look at past events, however my approach is to focus on what is happening in your life right now and helping you set goals for change. I will combine relaxation techniques, hypnosis with imagery, rehearsal of coping skills and more. It’s all about us working together as a team, coaching you to learn self-hypnosis and use these coping skills independently so that you can get on with living your best life without relying on me.

I am currently giving face to face sessions at my therapy room in Williamwood, Clarkston. Online sessions are also available via Zoom and if you would prefer some or all of your sessions to be online, I’ll be happy to arrange this with you.
